Commissioners to meet Monday

A meeting of the Lamb County Commissioners’ Court will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 28, 2022, in the Lamb County Courthouse, where an 11–item agenda will be considered for appropriate action.

After the Call to order, the public may request to make a public comment on any of the agenda items. (3 minutes max) The items listed as “Consent Agenda Items” require no deliberation by the Court. Each Court member has the prerogative of removing an item from that agenda, so that it may be considered separately.

The six Consent Agenda items to be considered are: a) Consider and take appropriate action on minutes from previous meeting(s). b)Consider and take appropriate action on budget and salary amendments and/or line-item transfers; c) Consider and take appropriate action on bills presented by the County Auditor; d) Consider and take appropriate action on payroll; e) Consider and take appropriate action on departmental reports. f) Consider and take appropriate action on Tax deed R15983 and R23606; 4. Consider and take appropriate action on Kim Clardy and Toni Montes attending CADCA-LEAF Grant Conference in Harbor, MD, 1/10-2/2/2023.

5. Consider and take appropriate action on discussion of Rules for S.O. Firing Range Rules; 6. Consider and take appropriate action on the adoption of Addendum 4, Exhibit 1 to the contract between LGS and Lamb County; 7. Consider and take appropriate action to add card locks to the District Clerks Office and Record Room, District Judges Office and Courtroom, as well as minor remodeling in JP #3 Office; 8. Consider and take appropriate action to advertise for sealed bids to replace the Heating Air Conditioning and lighting at the Ag Barn; 9. Discuss Lamb Healthcare Center operations; 10. Future agenda items; 11. Adjournment.
