Parth Manubhai Patel was indicted on a charge of Attempted Exploitation of Child/Elderly/Disabled (32.53(c) PENAL CODE) FS, that occurred on or about the 25th day of August, 2022.
His bond is set at $1,500,000. Samuel Joe Lewis was indicted on a charge of Manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance PG 1>=4G<200G 481.112(d) HEALTHAND SAFETYCODE F1, that occurred on or about the 3rd day of September, 2022.
It is further presented that, prior to the commission of the charged offense (hereafter styled the primary offense), on the 18th day of November 1988, in cause number 2416 in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the felony offense of Arson.
It is further presented that, prior to the commission of the primary offense, and after the conviction in cause number 2915 was final, the defendant committed the felony offense of Manufacture/ Delivery of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1, 4-200g, and was finally convicted of the 20th day of June, 2008, in cause number 4380 in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas.

It is further presented that, prior to the commission of the charged offense (hereafter styled the primary offense), on the 10th day of May 2011, in cause number 4785 in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the felony offense of Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.
It is further presented that, prior to the commission of the primary offense and after the conviction in cause number 4785 was final, the defendant committed the felony offense of Manufacture/ Delivery of a Controlled Substance in PG 1, 4-200g, and was finally convicted on the 11th day of February 2016, in cause number DCR-5336-15 in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas.
