ECORDSJUDGEMENTREVOKING COMMUNITY SUPERVISION On July 19, 2022,Community Supervision was revoked for Jonathan Andrew Grant in Judge Felix Klein’s 154 th District Court of Lamb County, for the offense of Theft of a Firearm, that occurred on March 14, 2019.
The original community supervision order was given June 13, 2019, and the original punishment assessed for the State Jail Felony charge, is 24 months state jail division, TDCJ probated four years.
The court previously suspended confinement in this case, and placed the defendant on community supervision.
Subsequently, the state filed a motion to revoke the defendant’s community supervision, and he has been given 203 days of total jail time credit. He is to serve 16 months State Jail Division, TDCJ, and assessed $249 in court costs and $150 in Reimbursement fees.

The original community supervision order was given Sept. 3, 2020, and the original punishment assessed for the State Jail Felony charge, is 24 months Institutional division, TDCJ probated four years and assessed a $1,000 fine.
The court previously suspended confinement in this case, and placed the defendant on communitysupervision.Subsequently, the state filed a motion to revoke the defendant’s community supervision, and he has been given 221 days of total jail time credit. He is to serve 14 months State Jail Division, TDCJ, and assessed $1,290 in court costs and $47.99 in Restitution fees.

WAIVER OF JURYTRIAL On July 12, 2022,Gracie Carol Lively entered a guilty plea to the offense of Injury to a child/elderly/ disabled w/intent bodily injury, that occurred on April 10, 2022.
In exchange for the defendant’s guilty plea, the state recommends that the defendant be assessed punishment, fines, cost, restitution and findings as herein indicated.
Found to be guilty by the court, she was sentenced to six years TDCJ, Correctional Institutions Division. The sentence of confinement was suspended, defendant placed on community supervision for four years, and is to pay a $1,000 fine, court costs in the amount of $290 and Reimbursement fees in the amount of $515.
On July 12, 2022,Fernando Gutierrez entered a guilty plea to the offense of Smuggling of Persons, that occurred on Nov. 15, 2020.
In exchange for the defendant’s guilty plea, the state recommends that the defendant be assessed punishment, fines, cost, restitution and findings as herein indicated.
Found to be guilty by the court, she was sentenced to 10 years TDCJ, Correctional Institutions Division. The sentence of confinement was suspended, defendant placed on community supervision for five years, and is to pay a $2,000 fine, court costs in the amount of $290 and Reimbursement fees in the amount of $515.
On July 27, 2022,Mai Youa Vang entered a guilty plea to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1/ 1-B>=4G<200G, that occurred on March 4, 2022.
In exchange for the defendant’s guilty plea, the state recommends that the defendant be assessed punishment, fines, cost, restitution and findings as herein indicated.
Found to be guilty by the court, she was sentenced to five years TDCJ, Correctional Institutions Division. He has been given 146 days of total jail time credit. He is also to pay restitution in the amount of $180 and court costs in the amount of $290.JUDGEMENTADJUDICATING GUILT On July 18, 2022,the judge considered the case against Patrick Lee Rios who has been convicted of Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1<1G, that occurred on Nov. 3, 2019. The Court previously deferred adjudication of guilt in this case, and subsequently, the state has filed a motion to adjudicate guilt.
He was sentenced to 12 months, State Jail Division, TDCJ and has been given 174 days of total jail time credit. Also, he is to pay Court Costs in the amount of $1,040, Restitution in the amount of $180 and $500 in reimbursement fees.
Order of Deferred AdjudicationJoseph Malik Escareno entered a guilty plea to the State Jail Felony indictment charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1/1-B<1G, that occurred May 5, 2022.
In exchange for the defendant’s plea, the state recommended that the court finds that there is evidence to substantiate a finding of guilt, but defer that finding for a period of two years of Community Supervision.
The defendant must also pay a fine of $500, court costs in the amount of $290, restitution in the amount of $180 and Reimbursement fees in the amount of $515.
Randy Dale Estes entered a guilty plea to the 2nd Degree Felony indictment charge of Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon, that occurred Dec. 22, 2021.
In exchange for the defendant’s plea, the state recommended that the court finds that there is evidence to substantiate a finding of guilt, but defer that finding for a period of 10 years of Community Supervision. He is also to have no contact with the victim, screen for substance abuse and mental health treatment and comply with any recommendations.
The defendant must also pay a fine of $300, court costs in the amount of $290 and Reimbursement fees in the amount of $165.
