WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL
On July 20, 2022, Kodey Ray Tyler entered a guilty plea to the offense of Possession use Inhale/ Ingest Volatile Chemical, that occurred on May 28, 2021.
In exchange for the defendant’s guilty plea, the state recommends that the defendant be assessed punishment, fines, cost, restitution and finding as herein indicated.
Found to be guilty by the court, he was sentenced to 60 days confinement in the county jail and has been given three days of total jail time credit. He is also ordered to pay $270 in court costs.
MOTION TO DISMISS
On July 20, 2022, the Lamb County Court heard the motion of the County/District Attorney to dismiss the above styled and numbered cause on the grounds that it best serves the interests of justice and Defendant MHMR Meds.
Appearing that the motion should be granted, the court ordered, Adjudged and Decreed bu the court that the above styled and numbered cause be dismissed and that the defendant, Brandon Rangel be discharged.
