A regular meeting of the Board of Managers of the Lamb County Hospital will be held Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at noon in the Education Room of the Lamb Healthcare Center, located at 1500 South Sunset in Littlefield.
They will be considering a 10 item agenda.
1. Call to order.
2. Open forum for public comment, three minutes max.
3. Approval of the minutes from the previous meeting.
4. Financial Report
5. Medical Staff Report:
Initial Appointments: Dr. Steven Cummings, MD – Concord; Dr. Shree J. Shaw, MD – Direct Radiology; and Dr. Robert Berger, MD – Direct Radiology
Reappointments: Dr. Charles Hughes, MD – Concord
6. Committee Reports
7. Administrator’s Reports
8. Consider and take appropriate action on excusing absent board members, if any.
9. The Board of Managers of the Lamb County Hospital may vote and/or act upon each items listed on the agenda.
The Board of Managers may meet in Executive Session on any of the above items as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, and pursuant to Government Code 551, sub-chapter D.
The Board of Managers also reserves the right to reconvene in a Regular Session and consider action, if any, on the items discussed in Executive Session.
