JUDGEMENT REVOKING COMMUNITY SUPERVISION

On June 22, 2022: Community Supervision was revoked for Oscar Lee Sanchez in Judge Felix Klein’s 154 th District Court of Lamb County, for the offense of Unauthorized use of a vehicle, that occurred on March 25, 2017.

The original community supervision order was given Oct. 12, 2017, and the original punishment assessed for the State Jail Felony charge, is two years state jail division, TDCJ probated five years, and a fine of $1,500.

The court previously suspended confinement in this case, and placed the defendant on community supervision.

Subsequently, the state filed a motion to revoke the defendant’s community supervision, and he has been given 251 days of total jail time credit. in the Lamb County Jail, and assessed $1,699 court costs and $450 Reimbursement fees.

ORDER DISCHARGING COMMUNITY SUPERVISION

On JuLY 5, 2022, the cause against Keric Joseph Noack, that was set on July 7, 2020, for the offense of Purshase furnish alcohol to a minor; it further appearing to the court that the defendant has completed all of the original supervision period, with all conditions of Community Supervision having been satisfactorily fulfilled. It is therefore ordered that the community supervision of the defendant is terminated and he is discharged there from.

The sentence of confinement was suspended, defendant placed on community supervision for two years, and is to pay a $1,000 fine, court costs in the amount of $270, Restitution in the amount of $60 and Reimbursement fees in the amount of $350.

On June 22, 2022, Eric Kirkwood Mullen entered a guilty plea to the offense of Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon, that occurred on April 23, 2018.

In exchange for the defendant’s guilty plea, the state recommends that the defendant be assessed punishment, fines, cost, restitution and findings as herein indicated.

Found to be guilty by the court, he was sentenced to 5 years TDCJ, Correctional Institutions Division. He is being given 1,522 days of total jail time credit and is to pay court costs in the amount of $290 and Reimbursement fees in the amount of $765.

On June 22, 2022, Eric Kirkwood Mullen entered a guilty plea to the offense of Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon, that occurred on April 23, 2018.

On June 21, 2022, Jermaine Finch entered a guilty plea to the offense of Unauthorized use of a vehicle, that occurred on Dec. 24, 2021.

In exchange for the defendant’s guilty plea, the state recommends that the defendant be assessed punishment, fines, cost, restitution and findings as herein indicated.

Found to be guilty by the court, he was sentenced to nine months TDCJ, Correctional Institutions Division – State Jail. He is being given 80 days of total jail time credit and is to pay court costs in the amount of $290 and Reimbursement fees in the amount of $515.

JUDGEMENT ADJUDICATING GUILT

On June 22, 2022, the judge considered the case against Ryan Pete Cristan who has been convicted of Aggravated Assault against Date/Family/House with a Weapon, that occurred on July 24, 2021. The Court previously deferred adjudication of guilt in this case, and subsequently, the state has filed a motion to adjudicate guilt.

The court suspended the 10- year confinement in the Institutional Division of TDCJ, and the defendant was placed on Community Supervision for 10 years.

He is to pay Court Costs in the amount of $290 and $1,215 in reimbursement fees.

The court previously deferred adjudication of guilt in this case, but now, the state has filed a motion to adjudicate the guilt.
