MOTION TO DISMISS
On June 8, 2022, the Lamb County Court heard the motion of the County/District Attorney to dismiss the above styled and numbered cause on grounds that the case was filed under the wrong name.
Appearing that the motion should be granted, the court ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the above styled and numbered cause be dismissed, and that the defendant, Joseph Thomas Plaisance be discharged.
On June 15, 2022, the Lamb County Court heard the motion of the County/District Attorney to dismiss the above styled and numbered cause on grounds that the defendant has been sentenced to a period of Court-Ordered inpatient drug treatment and rehabilitation in Lubbock County.

ORDER OF DEFERRED ADJUDICATION
On June 8, 2022, Lamb County Court ordered that no judgment be entered at this time against Zackary Deshawn King on the charge of Unlawful carrying of a weapon, that occurred on May 25, 2022. The court further ordered that the defendant be placed on community supervision for two years, so long as the defendant abides by and does not violate the terms and conditions of community supervision.
The defendant is ordered to pay fines in the amount of $500 and court costs in the amount of $270.

On June 7, 2022, Justin Anthony Ramon entered a guilty plea to the offense of Possession of Marijuana <2oz, that occurred on March 15, 2022.
In exchange for the defendant’s guilty plea, that state recommends that the defendant be assessed punishment, fines, cost, restitution and findings as herein indicated.
Found to be guilty by the court, he was sentenced to 20 days confinement in the county jail. He was given two days credit towards incarceration and fines and costs. He is also ordered to pay fines in the amount of $500, court costs in the amount of $270 and reimbursement fees in the amount of $350.
On June 8, 2022, Angelita Solida Abeyta entered a guilty plea to the offense of Driving While Intoxicated, that occurred on May 1, 2022.
In exchange for the defendant’s guilty plea, that state recommends that the defendant be assessed punishment, fines, cost, restitution and findings as herein indicated.
Found to be guilty by the court, she was sentenced to 30 days confinement in the county jail. The sentence of confinement was suspended and the defendant was placed on community supervision for two years. On June 8, 2022, Shawn Anthony Cristan entered a guilty plea to the offense of Driving while Intoxicated BAC >=0.15, that occurred on May 6, 2022.
In exchange for the defendant’s guilty plea, that state recommends that the defendant be assessed punishment, fines, cost, restitution and findings as herein indicated.
Found to be guilty by the court, he was sentenced to 90 days confinement in the county jail. His sentence of confinement was suspended and the defendant was placed on community supervision for two years. He is also ordered to pay fines in the amount of $1,000 and court costs in the amount of $270.
ORDER DISCHARGING COMMUNITY SUPERVISION
On June 13, 2022, the cause against Elizabeth Ann Rodriguez, that was set on June 16, 2021, for the offense of Assault causing bodily injury; it further appearing to the court that the defendant has completed all of the original supervision period, with all conditions of Community Supervision having been satisfactorily fulfilled.
It is therefore ordered that the community supervision of the defendant is terminated and she is discharged there from.
