Commissioners to meet Monday

A meeting of the Lamb County Commissioners’ Court will be held at 10 a.m. Monday,, May 9, 2022, in the Lamb County Courthouse, where an 11-item agenda will be considered.

The items listed as “Consent Agenda Items” require no deliberation by the Court. Each Court member has the prerogative of removing an item from that agenda, so that it may be considered separately.

After the Call to Order, the public may request to make a public comment on any of the agenda items. (3 minutes max).

AGENDA

The eight Consent Agenda items to be considered are:

a) Consider and take appropriate action on minutes from previous meeting(s).

b)Consider and take appropriate action on budget and salary amendments and/or line-item transfers;

c) Consider and take appropriate action on bills presented by the County Auditor;

d) Consider and take appropriate action on payrolls;

e) Consider and take appropriate action on departmental reports.

f) Consider and take appropriate action on donations for the Lamb County Library.

g) Consider and take appropriate action on the Treasurer’s Quarterly Reports.

h)Consider and take appropriate action on Tax Deed in Littlefield (R18835.)

4. Consider and take appropriate action on Poll Workers, Early Voting Ballot Board, Central State and Polling Places for Runoff Election on Tuesday, May 24, 2022.

5. Discuss Lamb Healthcare Center operations.
