The Amherst Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture will be hosting its 41st annual Chamber Banquet at 7 p.m. Monday, April 25, 2022, in the Amherst School Cafeteria.
Theme for this year’s banquet is “Gnome Place Like Amherst”. Tickets are available at the Amherst City Hall, or from any Chamber of Commerce member at a cost of $15 for adults, and $5 for children.
The dinner will be catered by River Smith’s Catering.
Taryn Colvin, of the Lubbock Toastmasters’ Club, will be the “Humorous Guest Speaker” for the evening.
The “Citizen of the Year” will be honored and presented an award; and the Senior High School Scholarships will be awarded.
Another exciting part of the program will be the drawing for several door prizes.
