Texas AgriLife Extension Integrated Pest Management Agent Kerry Siders has announced four upcoming Lamb County ag meetings.
Each of the meetings provide an opportunity for producers to receive their annual Texas Department of Agriculture Auxin Herbicide (Xtend and Enlist) training and certification.
Participants will receive one IPM Continuing Education Credit and the 2022 Crop Pest Outlook.
Two of the ag meetings are scheduled Thursday, March 24 and two are scheduled Tuesday, March 29.
The first will be from 9-11 a.m. on Thursday, March 24 at the Ag Center in Littlefield and is hosted by Capital Farm Credit.
The second will be from noon to 2 p.m. in the Sudan Community Center and will be hosted by Teas Producers Coop.
The third is set for 9-11 a.m. Tuesday, March 29 at the Olton Ag Pavilion and will be hosted by Skyland Grain.
The fourth is set for 1-3 p.m. Tuesday, March 29 in the Earth Bank Community Room and will be hosted by Wilbur Ellis, Earth. For more information, contact Siders at 806 638-5635 or the Lamb County Extension Office at 806 385-4222.
