Si Beerwinkle, president of the Earth-Springlake Livestock Show, has announced that animals will begin arriving Wednesday, Jan. 26, with weight cards due by 6 p.m.
Judging for the 2022 annual Earth-Springlake Livestock Show and Premium Sale is set for Thursday, Jan. 27, beginning at 2 p.m., with Breeding Heifers followed by Market Steers, Market Goats, Market Lambs and Market Barrows.
Saturday, all FFA members need to be at the barns no later than 11 a.m.
The show concludes on Saturday at noon with the Buyers’ Appreciation Lunch and Premium Sale.
Returning to judge this year’s show is Austin Adams, Ranch and Feedlot Operations Instructor from Clarendon College in Clarendon. Austin is a past Texas Tech National Judging Team Member and assists with coaching the Livestock Judging Teams there at Clarendon College.
