The Lamb County Grand Jury met Wednesday, Sept. , 2021, and returned a total of 17 indictments on 17 individuals for Lamb County’s 154th District Court.
Allie Elizabeth Thacker, 22, of Houston was indicted on a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance, in an amount less than one gram of namely, methamphetamine, that occurred on or about the 6 th day of May, 2021. Bond was set at $3,500.
Angel Luis Escamilla, 20, of Littlefield was indicted on a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance, in an amount less than one gram of namely, methamphetamine, that occurred on or about the 7 th day of July, 2021. Bond was set at $3,500.
Fabian Valadez-Montejano, 20, of Muleshoe was indicted on a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance, one gram or more, but less than four grams of a controlled substance in penal group 2; namely Psilocin, that occurred on or about the fourth day of April, 2021. Bond was set at $5,000.
Anthony Vasquez, 41, of Lubbock, was indicted on a charge of Possession of a controlled substance 1 < 1G, namely methamphetamine in an amount of less than one gram, that occurred on or about the 23 rd day of April, 2021. It was further presented that prior to the commission of the charged offense (Hereafter styled the primary offense), on May 27, 2011, in cause number 2010-428,294 in the 137 th District Court of Lubbock Coutny, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the state jail felony of Theft <$1,500 w/two prior convictions; and It was further presented that prior to the commission of the primary offense, on May 27, 2011, in cause number 2011-429,969 in the 137 th District Court of Lubbock Coutny, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the state jail felony of Theft <$1,500 w/two prior convictions; and It was further presented that prior to the commission of the primary offense, on May 25, 2017, in cause number 2016-410,313 in the 364 th District Court of Lubbock Coutny, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the state jail felony of Fradulent Use/Possession of ID Information<5 Items; and It was further presented that prior to the commission of the primary offense, on March 5, 2021, in cause number 2016-420,783 in the 140 th District Court of Lubbock Coutny, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the state jail felony of Possession of a controlled substance PG 1<1G. Bond was set at $10,000.
Marybeth Kay Todd, 60, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Burlary of a Habitation, that occurred on or about the 22 nd day of July, 2021. Bond was set at $7,500.
Erica Baca, 47, of Portales, N.M., was indicted on a charge of Possession of a controlled substance, namely, Methamphetamine, in the amount of one gram or more, but less than four grams, that occurred on or about the 27 th day of March, 2021. Bond is set at $5,000.
Ryan Pete Cristan, 40, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Aggravated Assault Date/Family/House w a weapon, that occurred on or about the 24 th day of July, 2021. Bond is set at $25,000.
Michael Ray Pherguson, 39, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Unauthorized use of a vehicle, that occurred on or about the 9 th day of July, 2021. Bond is set at $5,000.
Armando Davila Jr., 47, of Earth, was indicted on a charge of Assault on a Peace Officer/Judge, that occurred on or about the 4 th day of July, 2021. Bond is set at $7,500.
Francisco Javier Leal, 34, of Amherst, was indicted on a charge of Possession of a controlled substance, namely, methamphetamine, in an amount of less than one gram. Bond is set at $3,500.
Richard Alexander DeLeon, 61, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Burglary of a Habitation, that occurred on or about the 22 nd day of July, 2021. Bond is set at $7,500.
Oswald Fernandez Walker Jr., 32, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance, namely, methamphetamine, in an amount of one gram or more, but less than four grams. Bond is set at $25,000.
Victor Rajjaunh Harvery, 41, of Sudan, was indicted on a charge of Assaulty Family/Household Member with previous convictions, that occurred on or about the 17 th day of August, 2021. And it is further presented that, prior to the commission of the charged offense, on the 24 th day of February, 2005, in cause number 2004-406,650 in the 140 th District Court of Lubbock County, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the felony offense of Injury to a Child with Intentional Bodily Injury. Bond is set at $10,000.
Kelvin Wayne Edwards, 58, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Civil Commitment Requirement, that occurred on or about the 23 rd day of June, 2021. Bond is set at $5,000.
Fernando Longoria Jr., 40, of Earth, was indicted on a charge of Assault Family/Household Member with previous convictions, that occurred on or about the 4 th day of August, 2021. It is further presented that, prior to the commission of the charged offense, on the 11 th day of January, 2019, in cause number DCR-5042-13 in the 154 th District Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the felony offense of Assault on a Public Servant. Bond is set at $5,000.
Cesar Garza Sandoval, 44, of Olton, was indicted on a charge of Theft of Property >=$2,500<$30K, that occurred on or about the 20 th day of March, 2021. Bond is set at $3,500.
Joseph Arredondo, 37, of Troy, TX, was indicted on a charge of Possession of a controlled substance, namely, methamphetamine, in an amount of one gram or more, but less than four grams, that occurred on or about the 10 th day of May, 2021. Bond is set at $25,000.
Four other indictments were returned, but the individual had not been arrested, at press time Tuesday.
