A meeting of the Lamb County Commissioners’ Court will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 9, 2021, in the Lamb County Courthouse, where a 13-item agenda will be considered for appropriate action.
After the Call to order, the public may request to make a public comment on any of the agenda items. (3 minutes max)
First, the five Consent Agenda items will be considered.
a) Consider and take appropriate action on minutes from previous meeting(s).
b)Consider and take appropriate action on budget and salary amendments and/or line-item transfers;
c) Consider and take appropriate action on bills presented by the County Auditor;
d) Consider and take appropriate action on payroll;
e) Consider and take appropriate action on departmental reports.
4. Consider and take appropriate action to hire Auditing firm for 2021-2022;
5. Consider and take appropriate action on Optional Fee for Department of Motor Vehicles.
6. Consider and take appropriate action on order of Special Election;
7. Consider and take appropriate action soil conservation work in Precinct 3 and Precinct 4;
