A meeting of the Lamb County Commissioners’ Court will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 2, 2021, in the Lamb County Courthouse, where a 12-item agenda will be considered for appropriate action.
After the Call to order, the public may request to make a public comment on any of the agenda items. (3 minutes max)
First, the five Consent Agenda items will be considered.
a) Consider and take appropriate action on minutes from previous meeting(s).
b)Consider and take appropriate action on budget and salary amendments and/or line-item transfers;
c) Consider and take appropriate action on bills presented by the County Auditor;
d) Consider and take appropriate action on payroll;
e) Consider and take appropriate action on departmental reports.
4. Discuss Lamb Healthcare Center operations.
5. Consider and take appropriate action on purchase of a trailer for use in the Emergency Management Department.
6. Consider and take appropriate action on Sealed Request for Qualifications for Architecture and Engineering Services for various County projects.
7. Consider and take appropriate action to hire a part-time janitorial position and set salary for the position.
8. Consider and take appropriate action on the Proposed Tax Rate for 2021-2022.
