A meeting of the Lamb County Commissioners’ Court will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, July 26, 2021, in the Lamb County Courthouse, where a 16- item agenda will be considered for appropriate action.
After the Call to order, the public may request to make a puclic comment on any of the agenda items. (3 minutes max)
First, the five Consent Agenda items will be considered.
a) Consider and take appropriate action on minutes from previous meeting(s).
b) Consider and take appropriate action on budget and salary amendments and/or line-item transfers;
c) Consider and take appropriate action on bills presented by the County Auditor;
d) Consider and take appropriate action on payroll;
e) Consider and take appropriate action on departmental reports.
4. Discuss Lamb Healthcare Center operations.
5. Consider and take appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement between Lamb County and the Office of the Regional Public Defender for Capital Cases.
6. Consider and take appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement with SPAG for E911 Public Safety Answering Point Services.
7. Consider and take appropriate action to appoint and reappoint Lamb County Library Advisory Board members.
8. Consider and take appropriate action to add an additional program for Teenagers at the Lamb County Library.
