    GETTING THE W – Littlefield pitcher, Major McNeese, fires a pitch towards the plate, during the Wildcats Babe Ruth State Tournament-Opener against Andrews on Thursday. McNeese pitched four innings, giving up two runs and five walks, while earning four strikeouts in the victory. 

    GETTING ON BASE – Littlefield’s, Ian Mendez, rips a shot through the left side for a two-RBI double, during the bottom of the third inning of the Wildcats Babe Ruth State Tournament-Opener against Andrews on Thursday. The Wildcats downed the Mustangs, 7-5, to move into the winner’s bracket.
