New Pre-K and Kindergarten student registration for the 2021-2022 School year at Littlefield Primary School, will be conducted Thursday, April 22, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Primary School building.
Children must be 4 years old by Sept. 1, 2021.
For the enrollment process, take these items that will be needed: Original Birth Certificate, Socil Security Card, Immunization Record, and the parent’s email address. Also, (as applicable), take medical documents (Diagnosed Disablity); and Legal Documents (related to child placement – CPS/Foster Care).
Income verification for Pre-K only: (as applicable):
Proof of Income previous 12 months; 2019 Income Tax Return: and Medicaid/Medicare documentation.
The enrollment for Kindergarten students who are currently enrolled as a Pre-K student, will be done this summer.
