Littlefieldd’s City Council will conduct a special meeting Monday, Nov. 2, 2020, at 6 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 525 Phelps Avenue in downtown Littlefield.
They will be considering a seven-item agenda.
1. The Call to Order
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Public comments of All Agenda Items.
5. Convene into Executive Session, in accordance with Texas Gov’t Code Sec. 551.072: Deliberation regarding Real Property, Sec. 551.071; Consultation with Attorney, and 551.087: Deliberation regarding Economic Development Negotiations regarding Texas Civil Commitment Center - Bill Clayton Facility.
6. Reconvene into Open Session to take action, if necessary, regarding matters discussed in Executive Session.
7. Adjourn.
