His bond is set at $5,000. Joseph Malik Escareno, was indicted on a charge of Evading Arrest Det W/Veh 38.04 (b)(2)(A) PENAL CODE F3, that occurred on or about the 15th day of February, 2026.
His bond is set at $5,000. Bethany Nichole Griffith, was indicted on a charge of Poss CS PG 1/ 1B>= 1G< 4G 481.115( b) HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE F3, that occurred on or about the 9th day of March, 2026.

1A - And it is further presented that, before the commission of the charged offense (hereafter styled primary offense, on the 5th day of December, 2017, in cause number DCR-492813 in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the felony offense of PCS PG1 >=4G<200G; 1B – And it is further presented that, before the commission of the primary offense, and after the conviction in cause number DCR4928-13 was final, the defendant committed the felony offense of Collision Involving Injury and was finally convicted on the 25th day of June, 2020, in cause number 2019418866 in the 364th District Court of Lubbock county, Texas.

His bond is set at $5,000. Augustine Elizondo, was indicted on a charge of Theft Prop >=$ 30K<$ 150K 31.03( e)( 5) PENAL CODE F3, that occurred on or about the 30th day of November, 2025.

1A - And it is further presented that, before the commission of the charged offense, on the 11th day of August, 2011, in cause number 4803 in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the felony offense of Indecency with a child by Exposure; 1B – And it is further presented that, before the commission of the charged offense, on the 11th day of August, 2011, in cause number 4812 in the 154th District Court of Lamb county, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Her bond is set at $7,500. She was also indicted on a charge of Tamper/Fabricate Phys Evid w/intent to impair 37.09(c) PENAL CODE F3, that occurred on or about the 2nd day of April, 2026.
Her bond is set at $5,000. Carl Houston Turner, was indicted on a charge of Poss CS PG 1/ 1- B < 1G 481.115(b) HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE F3, that occurred on or about the 8th day of April, 2026.

And it is further pre sented that, before the commission of the primary offense, on the 9th day of September, 2025, in cause number DC-2025-CR-1551 in the 99th District Court of Lubbock county, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the state jail felony of Possession of Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1/1-B < gram.
