WELCOME TO HEFFINGTON FIELD! April 16, 2026, was a special day for Littlefield Youth Baseball and Softball League We are proud to officially dedicate Heffington Field in honor of Brad Heffington and his family for their incredible commitment to our league and our community. For nearly 30 years, Brad, his wife Kim and their entire family poured their blood, sweat, and tears — along with countless generous contributions — into building and sustaining a youth league that has impacted generations of kids. Because of their dedication, Littlefield Youth League has been a place where young athletes learn the game, build character, and create lifelong memories. Many of Littlefield’s most successful high school baseball and softball teams were born out of players who came through this league — a league the Heffington family helped lead and grow year after year. Simply put, without the Heffington family, there would be no Littlefield Youth League as we know it today. It is with great pride and gratitude that we dedicate this field, from here on, as Heffington Field. The field sign itself is a true community effort — imagined by our Board of Directors, supported by the City of Littlefield, created by our Littlefield High School Ag Mechanics program, beautifully painted by Mata Custom Creations, and installed by B&C Pump. A true joint effort of dedicated Wildcats. Thank you, Brad, Kim, and the entire Heffington family, for everything you have given to our kids, our league, and our community.
