TPC hosts 10th Annual Meeting

Continued

Texas Producers Cooperative held its 10th annual producers co-op event on Tuesday, April 28. The event invited members to come out, enjoy food, and attend a ceremony regarding updates, staff tributes, and giveaways.

The event was a networking opportunity for everyone who attended. Attendees congregated with plates full of barbecue and raffle tickets with the chance to win prizes and connect with staff and others.

Following dinner, a presentation was held by staff to honor all members within each department. The recognized departments included the board of directors, the administrative department, agronomy, gin, insurance, shop, and store. Each side was recognized for the time and effort put into their line of work.

Board staff then presented the 2025 crop report, which included a total of 92,402 bales ginned. The average ginning rebate was $20.14 with a $20 per bale cash dividend. Each bale sold included a $50 benefit to growers and $7.99 per bale in equity contributions toward retirement. In 2025, total sales amounted to almost $45 million.

After the board staff finished their presentation, a round of gifts were given out through a raffle. Many attendees won prizes in blankets, coolers, a grill, and more.

TPC gives special thanks to all guests and shoppers who have supported their business over the years, and hopes to continue to receive community support in return for their own support and services.
