Christian Quintana is with Auto Mechanics teacher David Rendon in this photo. With the assistance of Mr. Rendon and other members of the class, Christian recently completed an overhaul on his 2005 Chevrolet pickup. During this process, they pulled the engine, did a complete engine rebuild, upgraded the cam shaft and headers, while also installing a new timing chain, pistons and rings. Big things are happening in Mr. Rendon’s class at LHS. Similar projects are ongoing and others have already been completed in the 2025-26 school year.
