A suspect is in custody following a police chase on Friday evening, January 16.
The chase started in Sudan and continued east on US 84 around 6:15 p.m. The suspect led DPS Troopers and Sudan PD through Lamb and Hockley counties.
DPS said the suspect vehicle was stopped in the US 84 and FM 1294 area in Shallowater after being successfully spiked by LSO. The suspect driver was then apprehended.
This investigation is ongoing.
