The Littlefield varsity Cross Country teams opened their season on August 21st at West Texas A&M University for the Twilight Meet.
The Wildcats were led by Noah Villanueva, who finished second overall with a time of 11:05.00, while Anastasio Ayala finished 19th with a time of 13:03.00, and Aydan Manicchia finished 21st with a time of 13:05.00.
The Lady Cats were led by Cobi Saldana, who placed eighth overall with a time of 14:19.00 and Anaei Ojeda finished 10th overall with a time of 14:21.00. Sophie Garcia finished 16th overall with a time of 14:49.00, while Jazmin Almance finished 20th with a time of 15:09.00, and Evelynn Castillo finished 24th with a time of 15:19.06.
Adrianna Caudillo finished 34th with a time of 15:45.49.
