Alicia Newton is not necessarily new to our campus, but she is new to her role teaching 4th grade math. We are so excited to have Alicia on our team teaching our wonderful students. This is what she said: 'Hi, I’m Alicia Newton, and I’m so excited to be teaching 4th grade math at Littlefield Elementary this year! Littlefield ISD has been my home for the past 17 years where I’ve had the joy of serving in different roles such as paraprofessional and testing coordinator. Now, I feel truly blessed to begin this new journey as a classroom teacher. My two daughters and I are proud graduates of Littlefield High School, and we also share a love for West Texas A&M, where we are all Buffs. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to music, and taking on new adventures—skydiving being one of my favorites! I can’t wait to get to know my students and their families, and I look forward to partnering together to make this a wonderful year filled with learning, growth, and plenty of math fun!'
