A meeting of the Lamb County Commissioners’ Court will be held at 9 a.m. Monday, May 12, 2025, in the Lamb County Courthouse, where an 11—item agenda will be considered for appropriate action.

After the Call to order, the public may request to make a public comment on any of the agenda items. (3 minutes max) The items listed as “Consent Agenda Items” require no deliberation by the Court. Each Court member has the prerogative of removing an item from that agenda, so that it may be considered separately.

The five Consent Agenda items to be considered are: a) Consider and take appropriate action on minutes from previous meeting(s). b) Consider and take appropriate action on budget and salary amendments and/or line-item transfers; c) Consider and take appropriate action on bills presented by the County Auditor; d) Consider and take appropriate action on payroll; e) Consider and take appropriate action on departmental reports. f) Consider and take appropriate action on Donations; 4. Consider and take appropriate action to apply for the Unclaimed Property Capital Credits for Counties; 5. Consider and take appropriate action on the letter of support for Aperion Energy Group in support of construction of an NG Power Plant; 6. Consider and take appropriate action Resolution for Highway Rail Grade Crossing upgrades; 7. Consider and take appropriate action on an agreement with Texas A&M Agri-Life Extension; 8. Consider and take appropriate action to purchase and finance a Motor Grader for Precinct; 9. Consider and take appropriate action on IGT funding for Lamb Healthcare Center; 10.
