Patricia ( Forman) Wood, Fontenot, 78, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2025, in Slidell, LA. She was born on March 2, 1947, in Denver, CO.
Patti was raised in Anton, TX by parents Vernon and Genevieve Forman. She attended Anton ISD. Her career included Hair Stylist, Makeup Artist, Sales, Independent Contractor and Horse Whisperer. Patti was a member of The Quaker Ave. Church of God in Lubbock, TX. She was raised attending First Baptist Church in Anton.
Patti is survived by one son; Two daughters; and one sister. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Many nieces, nephews and cousins Patti was preceded in death by her mother and father; and her grandparents.
There will be a memorial service Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 10 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Anton.
Arrangements are under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield, Texas.
