Eric Leon Zambrano, 32, of Littlefield, Texas, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2025. He was born on December 30, 1992, in Lubbock, Texas to Teddy and Lupe Zambrano. He married Layna Clardy on August 29, 2015, in Littlefield, Texas.
Eric was a loving dad, a great husband and an amazing provider. His family always came first. He enjoyed taking his family on vacations and he was always active in his children's sporting events. He liked working around the house, in the yard and playing golf. He was a Dallas Cowboys fan, but he really loved baseball. He was funny and he loved to dance. He was an active member at First Baptist Church in Littlefield.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Layna Zambrano of Littlefield, Texas; a son, Zane Zambrano of Littlefield, Texas; two daughters, Riley and Haisley Zambrano both of Littlefield, Texas; a brother, Matthew Zambrano and wife, Amy of Littlefield, Texas; two sisters, Cynthia Hernandez and husband, Daniel of San Marcos, Texas, and Teddi Zambrano of Littlefield, Texas; his parents, Teddy and Lupe Zambrano; and his in-laws, Michael and Kim Clardy of Littlefield, Texas, and Lenora and Daniel Ask of Spade, Texas.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at First Baptist Church in Littlefield, Texas with Pastor Tanner Wilson officiating. Interment will follow at Littlefield Memorial Park. A visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 5:30 until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Matthew Zambrano, Daniel Hernandez, Robert Marquez, Dylan Smith, Nathan Castillo and John Castillo. Honorary pallbearers will be Daniel Ask, Michael Clardy, Tio Leonard Marquez and Leonard Marquez.
Arrangements are under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield, Texas.
