Melissa (Missy) Lorenz, 59, of Littlefield, TX, passed away on Monday, Feb. 10, 2025, in Levelland, TX. She was born on May 30, 1965, in Lubbock, TX to Dean Yeisley and Sarah White. She married Rodney Lorenz on Oct. 14, 1988, in Lubbock, TX.
Melissa was a substitute teacher for Whitharral Independent School District where she also spent many hours volunteering. She enjoyed playing and watching tennis. Melissa and Rodney settled down in Littlefield, TX where they built a successful and happy life together.
She is survived by her son; two grandsons; a brother; and her father. She was preceded in death by her husband and her mother.
Funeral Services were held Friday morning, Feb. 14, 2025, in Grace Chapel at Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield, TX.
Cremation arrangements were under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home.
