The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service Castro County will host the Castro County Crops Conference January 9 at West Texas Coffee in Dimmitt, Texas. Speakers will be coming in from Lubbock, Amarillo, and College Station for this in-person event with a heavy focus on marketing and insurance.
Six Texas Department of Agriculture continuing education units will be offered – two general, one drift, two IPM, and one law and regulations including the annual auxin training. Certified Crop Advisor credits will also be offered for those needing them.
