OnOct.22,2024,FernandoGutierrez was charged with the 3rd Degree Felony offense of Smuggling of Persons, that occurred Nov. 11, 2020.
His Community Suvervision was revoked and he was sentenced to three years Institutional Division, TDCJ, and is credited with 483 days of total Jail time credit towards incarceration, fine and costs. He is also ordered to pay $290 in accrued court costs and accrued reimbursement fees in the amount of $515 and $2,000 in accrued fines.
On Oct. 22, 2024,Anthony Vasquez was charged with the State Jail Felony offense of Poss CS PG 1 <1G, that occurred April 23, 2021.
His Community Suvervision was revoked and he was sentenced to 18 months State Jail Division, TDCJ, and is credited with 443 dayas of total Jail time credit towards incarceration, fine and costs. He is also ordered to pay $290 in accrued court costs and accrued reimbursement fees in the amount of $665 and $180 in accrued Restitution.
On Sept. 11, 2024, Maria Cervantez Zamora was charged with the State Jail Felony offense of Criminal Mischief >=$1,500<$20K, that occurred April 3, 2010.
Her Community Suvervision was revoked and he was sentenced to 12 months State Jail Division, TDCJ, and is credited with 107 days of total Jail time credit towards incarceration, fine and costs. She is also ordered to pay $57 in accrued court costs and accrued reimbursement fees in the amount of $450 and $12,048.59 in accrued Restitution.
ADJUDICATINGGUILT
On Sept. 11, 2024, Jose Ramon Najera entered a True Plea to a Motion to Adjudicate the state jail felony charge of LIO POSS CS PG 1 <1G, that occurred on October 16, 2019. He was sentenced to 365 days in the County Jail. He was given 431 days of total jail time credit. He is also ordered to pay $290 in accrued court costs and accrued fines in the amount of $750 and $180 in accrued Restitution.
OnAug. 7, 2024, Stephen Rey Cuba entered a True Plea to a Motion to Adjudicate the 3rd degree felony charge of Evading Arrest Det W/Vehicle, that occurred on Aug. 22, 2020. He was sentenced to five years in the Institutional Divison, TDCJ. He was given 519 days of total jail time credit.
He is also ordered to pay $290 in accrued court costs and accrued fines in the amount of $1,500 and $965 in accrued and new Reimbursement fees.
DEFERREDADJUDICATION
On Oct. 22, 2024, Caleb Michael Sanchez entered a guilty plea to the offense of Continuous Violence against the Family, that occurred on March 3, 2024. The defendant was placed on deferredAdjudication Community Supervision for five years.

On Oct. 22, 2024, Michael Davin Saldana entered a guilty plea to the offense of Assault Peace Officer/ Judge, that occurred on March 23, 2024. The defendant was placed on deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for four years.
He also has to pay $290 in court costs and $115 in Reimbursement Fees.
On Oct. 22, 2024, James Franklin Bass entered a guilty plea to the offense of Abndn/Endangr Child Indv Int/Know/Reck/Crim/Neg, that occurred on July 1, 2024. The defendant was placed on deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for four years.
