Keeping An Orderly Life ...

Where are we taught to be orderly? The best school is at home.

It is not the only place but the most appropriate. I have known people that have not come from a family of good conduct, but learned from other places: if they join the Army, the Air Force, the Marines, and in some instances have good friends. Being an orderly person would be an ideal trait for everyone to have.

God gave Moses an order for the people of Israel that we can learn from. Let’s read Exodus 18:20 “And thou shalt teach them ordinances and laws, and shalt shew them the way wherein they must walk, and the work that they must do”.

I remember when our children were still at home, my wife and I did our best to teach them to be orderly and responsible.

In Leviticus 18:4 we find a compliment of what we read in Exodus. ”You must obey all my regulations and be careful to obey my decrees, for I am the LORD your God”.

Let’s look at some benefits from having an orderly life:

1. We are respected.

2. We are surrounded by productive people.

3. We are capable to teach others.

4. We are people that share good values with society.

5. We take advantage of time.

6. The possibility that we are the head and not the tail is great.

Do we need to go to school to be orderly people? Of course it helps but it is not an excuse if you did not have the opportunity to get a secondary education.

Do not ignore this article, I hope that someone gets something helpful out of it.

God bless you.
