MOTION TO DISMISS
On Tuesday, August 20, 2024, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Porsha Monae Nicole Diggs, for the reason: “plea bargain – plea in DCR6435-24 with punishment assessed and restitution ordered.”
The judge’s order of dismissal states: “The foregoing motion having been presented to me on August 20, 2024, and the same having been considered, it is, therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the above styled and numbered case be and the same is hereby Dismissed.
On Friday, July 26, 2024, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Christopher J. Morales, for the reason: “It best serves the interests of justice.”
The judge’s order of dismissal states: “The foregoing motion having been presented to me on the 26th day of July, 2024, and the same having been considered, it is, therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the above styled and numbered case be and the same is hereby Dismissed.
On Friday, August 30, 2024, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Daniel Zamora-Ruelas, for the reason: “The Defendant has entered into a pre-trial intervention agreement.”

On Tuesday, July 16, 2024, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Juanita Consuelo Trevino, for the reason: “plea bargain – Agreed Modification to Community Supervision in DCR-6322-23.”
The judge’s order of dismissal states: “The foregoing motion having been presented to me on the 16th day of July, 2024, and the same having been considered, it is, therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the above styled and numbered case be and the same is hereby Dismissed.
