WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL

On July 12, 2024, George Angelo Cansino, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Driving While Intoxicated BAC >=0.15, that occurred on Dec. 20, 2020.

The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to three days confinement in the County Jail. The defendant was credited with four days of total jail time credit towards incarceration, and fines and costs.

He is ordered to pay fines in the amount of $100, Restitution in the amount of $60, Reimbursement Fees in the amount of $350 and Court Costs in the amount of $270.

The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to two days confinement in the County Jail. The defendant was credited with two days of total jail time credit towards incarceration, and fines and costs.

He is ordered to pay Court Costs in the amount of $270.

On July 12, 2024, Andre Joshua Rivera, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Poss Marij < 2oz, that occurred on May 20, 2024.

The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 30 days confinement in the County Jail. The defendant was credited with 53 days of total jail time credit towards incarceration, and fines and costs.

He is ordered to pay Court Costs in the amount of $270.

On July 3, 2024, Simon Mireles Jr., entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Poss Dangerous Drug, that occurred on Sept. 7, 2023.

The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 90 days confinement in the County Jail. The defendant was credited with 301 days of total jail time credit towards incarceration, and fines and costs.

He is ordered to pay Court Costs in the amount of $270 and Reimbursement Fees in the amount of $350.

MOTION TO DISMISS

On Tuesday, July 2, 2024, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Tandy Leann Box, for the reason: “It best serves the interests of justice.”

The judge’s order of dismissal states: “The foregoing motion having been presented to me on July 2, 2024 and the same having been considered, it is, therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the above styled and numbered case be and the same is hereby Dismissed.

On Tuesday, June 25, 2024, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Luis Alberto Flores, for the reason: “It best serves the interests of justice” and “Request of Complaint.”

The judge’s order of dismissal states: “The foregoing motion having been presented to me on the 25th day of June, 2024 and the same having been considered, it is, therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the above styled and numbered case be and the same is hereby Dismissed.
