You have the right to choose a doctor for your care. As you know, Drs. Rodriguez and George will be available to provide care for my patients at LHC Family Medicine Rural Health clinic in Littlefield TX. As always, you can seek an appointment by calling 806-3856424 option “0” and speaking with the front office.
LHC Family Medicine Medical Staff would love to continue with your medical care. If you would prefer to seek care elsewhere, please contact your health insurance company for recommendations and help with obtaining a list of physicians who accept new patients in the region.
If you choose to seek care elsewhere, you have the right to obtain your medical records and have them sent to your new provider. If you would like to access or have your medical records sent, please call 806-385-6424 option “0”. Please note there may be a fee associated with this.
