Motion to Dismiss
On Friday, May 17, 2024, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Amy Blamey, for the reason: “It best serves the interests of justice.”
The judge’s order of dismissal states: “The foregoing motion having been presented to me on the 17th day of May, 2024, and the same having been considered, it is, therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the above styled and numbered case be and the same is hereby Dismissed.
