The Lamb County Grand Jury for the July Term A.D. 2023 of the Lamb County 154th Iudicial District Court met on Wednesday Sept., 27, 2023, when they returned 14 indictments. Listed are those who have been arrested already.
Filimon Alvarado, 37, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Poss CS PG 1/1-B >=4G<200G 481.115(d) HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE F2, that occurred on or about the 19th day of September, 2023.

And it is further presented that, prior to the commission of the charged offense, (hereafter styled the primary offense), on the 30th day of June, 2014, in cause number DCR-5110-14 in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1 4200grams.
And it is further presented that, prior to the commission of the primary offense, and after the conviction in cause number DCR5110-14 was final, the defendant committed the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in Pnely Group 1. 4200grams and was finally convicted on the 5th day of Febrary, 2019, in cause number 2018414.219 in the 364th District Court of Lubbock County, Texas.
His bond is set at $25,000. Victor Alvarez, 35, of Amherst, was indicted on a charge of Agg Assault W/ Deadly Weapon 22.02(a)(2) PENAL CODE F2, that occurred on or about the 9th day of October, 2023.

Simon Mireles Jr, 44, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Poss CS PG 1/1-B <1G 481.115( b) HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE FS, that occurred on or about the 7th day of September, 2023.
His Bond is set at $7,000. Carrie Lynn Sawyer, 53, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Poss CS PG 1/1-B <1G 481.115( b) HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE FS, that occurred on or about the 1st day of September, 2023.
Her Bond is set at $5,000. Jimmy Sanchez III, 34, of Hobbs, N.M., was indicted on a charge of Poss CS PG 1/ 1- B >= 1G< 4G 481.115(c) HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE F3, that occurred on or about the 4th day of August, 2023.
His Bond is set at $3,500. Cirildo Ramos Jr., 53, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More IAT 49.09(b) PENAL CODE F3, that occurred on or about the 22nd day of October, 2023.

And it is further presented that prior to the commission of the charged offense, on the 27th day of October, 1992, in cause number 18973 in the County Court of Terry County, Texas, the defendant was convicted on an offense relating to the operating of a motor vehicle while intoxicated: 2.
