The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity cross country team competed at the Region I-3A Regional Cross Country Meet at Mae Simmons Park in Lubbock on Monday where they finished 21st overall with 495 points.
Senior, Omar Martinez, led the Wildcats, finishing 43rd overall with a time of 18:17.3.
Sophomore, Ramiro Candelario, finished 96th with a time of 19:28.5, while senior, Braedy Saenz, finished 103rd with a time of 19:40.3, and junior, Cesar Garcia, finished 145th with a time of 21:09.5.
Junior, Brandon Marines, finished 146th with a time of 21:10.3, while senior, Isaiah Rodriguez finished 159th with a time of 22:00.3, and freshman, Anastasio Ayala, finished 166th with a time of 23:08.0.
