TSSWCB Announces 2023 Conservation Award Winners

Each year the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board (TSSWCB) and the Association of Texas Soil and Water Conservation Districts recognize and celebrate individuals that dedicate themselves to the conservation and management of renewable natural resources.

Lfd. City Council holds regular meeting Aug. 22

The governing body of the City of Littlefield, Texas, met on Tuesday, August 22nd, at the City Council Chambers, 525 Phelps Avenue, for the purpose of considering all matters and related incidents to the City of Littlefield. Mayor Eric Turpen called the meeting to order at 6 p.m.

Lamb County Juvenile Probation Officer Retires

An estimated 70 people attended the Come and Go Retirement Reception held at the Lamb County Family Resource Center on Phelps Ave. in Littlefield, Texas on Thursday, August 24, 2023 for Carrie Barden who is retiring after 40 years of service to the families of Lamb County.
