Hello, I’m Amanda Torres, and I am so excited to be teaching 4th grade ELA at Littlefield Elementary! This will be my fifth school year at Littlefield Elementary, and my first year of teaching. Prior to teaching, I served as a paraprofessional in the Resource room.

Alicia Newton is not necessarily new to our campus, but she is new to her role teaching 4th grade math. We are so excited to have Alicia on our team teaching our wonderful students.

Lfd. Board of Trustees holds special meeting

The Littlefield Independent School district’s Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Friday to discuss a 13-item agenda.The meeting was called to order at 12 p.m. by Board President Reese Rogers and the invocation was given by Garry Ozbirn.

Wildcats grind out win in season-opener

The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity football team grinded out a tough win on the road on Friday night in Lamesa to take their seasonopener, 49-47. With the win, the Wildcats open the season with a mark of 1-0 overall on the year.
