Trial proceedings concerning The State of Texas vs. Joseph John Moron will proceed on Monday, October 7, 2024 at 9 a.m. Joseph John Moron faces two indictments brought by The Grand Jury for the County of Lamb, State of Texas.

D. 2020 of the 154th Judicial District Court for said County, upon their oaths present in and to said court at said term that:

Hereinafter styled Defendant, on or about the 31st day of July, 2020, and before the presentment of this indictment, in the County and State aforesaid, did: then and there intentionally or knowingly cause the death of an individual, namely, Jasmine Rodriguez, by firing a loaded firearm in the direction of the said Jasmine Rodriguez and causing the said Jasmine Rodriguez to be struck by a projectile fired from the said firearm.
