The Texas A& M AgriLife Extension office is hosting trainings at the Hockley County Office, 1212 Houston Street, in Levelland for various certifications.
On March 31, 2026, pesticide applicator training will be hosted from 8:30 a.m. until noon. This training is for those obtaining a Texas Department of Agriculture License. Those interested must call (806) 894-3159 by March 27 to sign up. This training costs $75 at the door, personal or cashier checks only.
On April 8, 2026, Auxin Herbicide (Xtend and Enlist) certification training will be hosted from 11 a.m. to noon. Attendees will receive one hour of Laws and Regs CEU.
