Sudan ISD will be holding their 33rd annual Sudan Memorial Day Service on Monday, May 15, 2023, at 10 a.m. at the Sudan Cemetery.
In case of bad weather, the location will be changed to the Sudan High School Auditorium.
Sam Merryman will give the welcome, followed by the Invocation, which will be given by Cam Gaven. The presentation of Colors will be by VFW Post 2466 and Merryman will follow with leading the Pledge of Allegiance.
Kenneth Richards will perform the National Anthem and Patriotic Music.
The speaker will be Danny Koch, and music selections will be performed by the SHS Band.
Benediction will be by Terry Wilson and Taps will be played by the SHS Trumpet Section.
Retiring of Colors will be by VFW Post 2466.
