Tuesday morning, Nov. 22, Brette Southard spoke to the Early Risers Lions Club about the special education programs at LISD. He specifically spoke about the dyslexia intervention program and Child Find Obligation through TEA. Brette is the Director of Special Education at LISD and works with a team of dedicated and certified special education diagnosticians and personnel at each campus to identify and provide resources for students with dyslexia. hoto)
