Olton’s Annual Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture Banquet has been set for Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at The Home Place (formerly known as The Walnut Tree) and we are extending an invitation to the community to attend. The address for the event venue is 2611 US Highway 70 Olton, TX 79064.
The theme of our banquet this year is “A Family Jubilee in 2023.” We are fortunate to have a wonderful meal catered by The Home Place. They will serve a plate of your choice of either grilled pork chops or pan-fried chicken in a creamy garlic sauce and will include sides of bread, garlic mashed potatoes, and bacon green beans and a drink of tea, water, or lemonade. A cobbler dessert will also be provided.
Entertainment will be provided by students of Olton ISD. We want to showcase the wonderful talent we have in our school and community. We believe it will be a great night of entertainment.
Outstanding citizens of our community will be recognized during the banquet. We will recognize the Woman of the Year, Man of the Year, Citizen through the Years, Educator of the Year, Support Staff of the Year, and Business of the Year.
If you would like to attend, reservations can be made along with a payment of $25 per person through an online form through our website www.oltonchamber.org/banquet by March 2nd, 2022. You may also make reservations in person at Happy State Bank or Wellington State Bank. You may also come by the Olton Chamber of Commerce office during office hours (Tuesday & Thursday, 9 am - 1 pm).
