Geiovannie and the Hired Guns

Back in 2015, when Giovannie Yanez decided to put a band together, he wanted to form a band of brothers who could put on a high energy show and deliver a sound that the Texas scene hadnever seen before.

It’s 2020, and Giovannieand the Hired Guns have done just that. This group out of Stephenville, Texas has made a name for themselves in the Texas music scene, where they’re known forplaying thrilling shows that will always keep you on your toes. Lead guitarist Chance Bannisterbrings heavy handed guitar licks and a rich tone with just enough edge. Alex Trejo on bass laysdown the rhythm with a rock twist, and drummer Milton Toles plays a soulful beat that furtheradds to the group’s unique sound.

After a successful year of touring and tracking their sophomore record, Gio and the Guns arecoming into 2020 with some heat. Gearing up for the release of their sophomore album and asteady touring schedule, they are one of the up and coming acts to keep an eye on.

The group is sent to perform on the outdoor stage at the Ag Center on Saturday, July 17, at 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Las Fenix’s

Las Fenix’s band members: Berna Rodriguz – Accordionist, Lesli Rodriguez – Bajo Quinto Player, Nadia Rodriguz – Bass Player, Adela Rodriguez – Drummer and Anahi Rodriguez – Percussionist.

In 1999 Las Fenix discovered their passion for music, and in front of an audience during their fathers birthday party, began what would be the rest of their lives. Something they thought would be a simple hobby...2003 is the year that the Rodriguez sisters begin their musical adventure, with the name of “Las Fenix”. “El Vuelo Fenix” is the name of their first album. Their love for music at a very young age, seems to have predestined them to be in constant preparation, both in the execution of instruments as well as in the study of vocal techniques.

In 2006 they present their second album “Vuelo Bajo el Sol”. Leaving in the ear of their audience songs as “Chiquitita”, “La Texana” and announcing to everyone inside the industry, that “Las Fenix” is a band you want to keep an eye out for.

In 2007 they released the album “Levantando el Vuelo” with singles such as “Por Ti”and “La Hija del Yardero”, presenting music that only an artist and someone with passion for music, can be characterized with.

In 2010, they decide that like “The Phoenix” that implies among other things the symbol of fire, to inject all that passion in their next album “Vuelo con Destino”. Although their previous albums have been part of this beautiful road of dreams, this album ends up having a very special touch to it with the participation of artists such as the one and only Fito Olivares (“Que Vengan los Bomberos”) and Irvin Salinas, best known as “Pee Wee” (“Bella Obsesion”). Confirming to everyone, that the flight “Las Fenix” are on, will be a powerful one.

Their next production “Asi Suena y Suenan Las Fenix” (2011) allows the group to grow and continue on to the next level with their single, “Que No Se Pare La Fiesta” .After launching the single “Perfume”, accompanied by the music video.

Promotional tours and shows each year n California, Illinois, Arkansas, Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, Oklahoma, New Mexico, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Arizona, Alabama, West Virginia and Texas among others, have made it possible for their followers and fans, to grow day in and day out, with each and every visit.
