The Littlefield Martial Arts Academy will be holding registrations at Zeek’s Event center on Thursday, July 13, 2023 from 5:30 p.m to 8:30 p.m. Texas Heat Food Truck and Q&A Sugar vendors will be there.
The Academy is operated by Hutchinson and Crystal McWilliams of Littlefield. Mr. Hutchinson has studied and practiced martial arts for 39 years. The goal of the martial arts are for students to develop self confidence, discipline and safety. The hour long classes begin at 5:30 p.m. for the Little Dragons, Teen Mixed Martial Arts, Women’s Self-Defense Class, and Special Needs Class for children.
Mr. McWilliams stressed there would not be any “board breaking” type activities. The disciplines they will offer include Tae Kwon Do, American Kenpo, as well as Japanese and Brazilian Style Jujutsu, The Grand Opening will take place at Zeek’s Event Center on Hwy 54 in Littlefield on Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2023. Those interested are encouraged to attend the early registration event on Thursday.
