The governing body of the City of Littlefield met in a special meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2022 at 12 p.m. at the City Council Chambers, located at 525 Phelps Ave.
Members present were Mayor Eric Turpen, District 1 Council Member Eric Saenz, District 2 Council Member Michael Rangel, District 3 Council Member Buddy Holmes, and Mayor Pro tempore and District 4 Council Member Kenny Rucker.
Others present were City Secretary Janine Butler and two staff members.
Mayor Eric Turpen called the meeting to order at 12 p.m.
Council Member Eric Saenz led the invocation.
Mayor Turpen led the Pledge of Allegiance.
No one spoke for public comment.
Item number five on the agenda was to consider and approve Encroachment License and Agreement with Margarito M. Gonzales at 400 E. 18th Street.
After some history, Mayor Eric Turpen made the motion to approve the Encroachment License and Agreement and cover any protrusions identified in this survey and attach survey as Exhibit A. The second motion was made by Mayor Pro tempore Kenny Rucker. The motion passed unanimously.
With there being no further business to discuss, Mayor Turpen adjourned the meeting at 12:08 p.m.
