Darlene Sierra, October Employee of the Month, is the Fiscal and accounts payable/payroll manager, at Lamb Healthcare Center in Littlefield. She was chosen as Employee of the Month.
Sierra has been with LHC for two years. Sierra talked about what she likes best about working at LHC, saying, “LHC is a family-oriented organization, that takes into consideration their employee’s needs.”
Kayla Sierra, November Employee of the Month, is an x-ray and CT Tech, working in the Radiology department at Lamb Healthcare Center in Littlefield. She was chosen as Employee of the Month.
Sierra has been with LHC for 10 years. Sierra talked about what she likes best about working at LHC, saying, “My co-workers and the flexibility of my schedule to allow me to spend more time with my family. LHC is very supportive and family inclined when it omes to spending time with family.”
