Lamb County Library has “ green” books for March

This month the Lamb County Library is starting a new manga section for your perusing pleasure! But that’s not all! Bring home a green book so that you’re pinch-proof on St. Patrick’s Day and check out this month’s newsletter below to see what events are planned.

Toddler Time will be held every Tuesday, starting March 7, at 9:30 a.m. Toddler Time is from newborns to two-years-old. The librarians would like to caution parents and guardians bringing newborns, as Toddler Time usually has an abundance of toddlers that join. Letters of the Alphabet will be: ‘H’ is for Horse on March 7, ‘I’ is for Iguana on March 14, ‘J’ is for Jellyfish on March 21, and ‘K’ is for Kangaroo on March 28. Learn to sign and say the alphabet through crafts and songs!

Teen Night will be meeting from 6: 30 p. m. to 8 p. m. on Thursday, March 9 and Thursday, March 23.

The Lily Society, a Christian Women’s Book Club, will be meeting Thursday, March 16 at 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. The book will be “Angelina’s Resolve”. On Thursday, March 30, the club will meet at at 5 p.m. to p.m. and the book will be “The Secret Keepers of Old Depot Grocery”.
